Patient Appreciation

This food drive was an incredible success! The patients and staff of SDSR were able to pull together a phenomenal grand total of 2666 cans of soup and beans, as well as 400 cans of vegetables/miscellaneous which were not counted in the contest but still very helpful for feeding our community. That’s over 3,000 cans of food to help the seniors in our community! Harrah’s Rincon Casino and Resort was the soup and beans can drive winner with 2776 cans of soup and beans. The next closest competition behind us brought 1012 cans. SDSR would like to give a shout out to all those who participated in making the SDSR team a great force for good in San Diego! Thank you!

SDSR Oceanside has the best patients around! Just look at how many cans they’ve donated in the last few weeks! Jeff Snowden alone brought in 120 cans today! Thank you all for contributing to the Angel’s Depot food drive to help Seniors in our community! If you haven’t donated any cans yet, it’s not too late. For every 30 cans of Soup or Beans you bring in, we give you a 1 hour massage certificate!!! How awesome is that? Help our seniors, and get a massage in return! Thank you wonderful patients!

SDSR will be hosting the FOCUS Workshop on Stress Management. These workshops have been such a great tool for strengthening military families and non military alike. Feel free to invite friends you feel might benefit from this also, just make sure to RSVP first so that we know how much food to get. We even provide you with complimentary childcare so that you can continue to keep your cool! See you there!

San Diego Spine and Rehab is participating in the Angel’s Depot Food Drive for Seniors in need. Just bring in cans of soup or beans, and you will receive tickets to be entered into the drawing for a chance to win the Healthy Heart Basket. Bring in 30 cans and you will automatically get a 1 hour massage certificate!!!  Helping others is just so rewarding isn’t it!
